75JL Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 75JL online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at 75jl.club and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 75JL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by 75JL for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

75JL reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 75JL Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 75JL Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 75JL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 75JL immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. You can contact our support team at any time via the contact details provided on the Platform.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

75JL is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

75JL accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 75JL does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds into your account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.

75JL reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 75JL are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by 75JL are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that are not used within their validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

75JL operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers, and any other conduct that 75JL determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of its promotional system. In such cases, 75JL reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abused bonuses, and terminate the relevant accounts.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

75JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account prior to the modification, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games available on the 75JL Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game on the 75JL Platform has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate of that game. Please note that RTP is a statistical measure over a large number of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, 75JL reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out. 75JL will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. 75JL is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection due to your internet connection, device failure, or any other factor outside of 75JL's direct control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75JL Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior agreement from 75JL.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 75JL staff members.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 75JL.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Use any 75JL trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of 75JL intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 75JL.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75JL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

In all cases, 75JL's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 Termination by 75JL

75JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• 75JL suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account would expose 75JL to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.

11.2 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 75JL support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

75JL operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or override any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming laws.

75JL reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
